This class is entirely focused to everything related to Obstacle Course Races.
In this 8 week progressive class we will show you tips and tricks on how to overcome obstacles that will be found at this years Spartan Races.
We will be set up at the Mont Tremblant Race (June 16th) and the Ottawa Race on August 13th.
This class will include 2 classes in the gym that are focused on cardio and Obstacle Etiquette as well as grip training. We can show you how to traverse across monkey bars or climb a rope but if you do not have the grip or strength to do this, then better prepare for burpess or penalty loops. But that’s why you are taking this class. Our 3rd class will be a field trip to Pakenham ski hill to do hill training and spear throwing.
Our goal is to help remove majority of your anxiety when it comes to your registration for an obstacle course race.
