Festival Obstacle Course

With popular OCR’s (obstacle course races) like Spartan Race, Tough Mudder and Mud Hero, as well as TV shows like “American Ninja Warrior” and “Wipeout” promoting extreme challenges, obstacle courses are on the rise. Grueling physical races designed for adults create an atmosphere that’s both competitive and collaborative.

The course I have is a retired structure from Spartan Race, built by the talented and trusted guys at Platinum Rig. It has 16 lanes and 4 different obstacles:

-Rope Climb

-Hoists

-Monkey bars

It also comes with walls that vary in sizes, 4f to 8f as well as slanted walls, we also have bars that you must walk across using your hands only, and ninja steps. In the fast-paced team sport of obstacle course racing, alliances build fast. Whether guests come with their friends or make new ones during gameplay, an obstacle course is an ice breaker and a social hub.

After triumphing over the physical challenges of an obstacle course, contestants win an all-important prize: bragging rights. Proud competitors will want to tell others how they conquered the trials, and this builds intrigue for your attraction. Families will recommend the experience to friends so they can experience the thrill for themselves.

Also, obstacle courses provide some picture-perfect social media opportunities. Co-workers can snap a few pictures of colleagues in action. This social media buzz can bring new clients to your company and this gives you another way to get discovered online.

Thanks for your time and consideration.
