Are you ready? Are you one of those hardcore people who wake up every day and ask yourself, “What will I do today to be awesome?”
This one hr class has everything you need, a dynamic warm up, that includes Animal flow joint and muscle warm up, then usually a fun cardio song to get the blood flowing. Then you will break off into groups and attack some 8-10 min AMRAPS. Once done we will do a group cool down, and maybe stop by the cafe for a smoothie or Americano.
