Obstacle 101
Join OCR Academy Founder Joshua at Ottawa’s top training hub for all things related to Obstacle Course Racing. This workshop is designed to give you the confidence to tackle any of the obstacles that an Obstacle Course Race will throw at you. With this workshop you will have the confidence and skills to get the best experience possible at your next race.
We will go over walls, monkey bars, rings, rope climb, spear throw, a-frame, atlas wall, and more!
This workshop will break down each obstacle and provide you tips and tricks on how to overcome each obstacle. When you register, you will get a grip and cardio routine designed by our staff. As a first time racer we understand that this experience can be a little overwhelming so we got you covered with what to wear, when to arrive, how to properly hydrate and what to expect on race day. All this is just $60+tax!
