What’s Included!

Celebrate a birthday party, team event, or any special occasion with a high-energy experience at Ottawa’s best indoor obstacle course fitness facility!

You’ll have time with one of our experienced Obstacle Guards, who will guide the group and demonstrate how to complete the obstacles safely and successfully. A reserved party table and seats in our Cafe area and cheese pizzas are included. You may bring a dessert, but no other outside food or drink allowed. After the meal, the kids have free time to conquer obstacles and keep the fun going.

All participants require a waiver signed on our website if they have not been here before.

Party FAQs!

Required Waivers

We require a WAIVER in the name of EVERY CHILD playing on the obstacle course if they have not been here before.

PLEASE PUT YOUR CHILD NAME’S FIRST!

LIST YOURSELF AS EMERGENCY CONTACT.

Once their waiver is completed you will not receive any confirmation, but it will redirect you to the waiver page.

Make sure to opt-in to emails and provide a phone number in the waiver to receive all necessary communication.

WAIVER HACK: You can use the same parent email address for multiple children by using parent+1@gmail.com, parent+2@gmail.com, parent+3@gmail.com

Confirmation & Arrival

A confirmation email will be sent to you within 48 hours after booking your party (if you haven’t received confirmation, contact us).

Before your party, all participants require a waiver signed before going on the course.

Arrive no more than 10 minutes before the start of your party.

Check in at the front desk, and set up at your table.

Head into the gym with your trainer and guests.

Itinerary

The first 30 minutes of your party is spent on the obstacle course with an experienced obstacle coach. They will learn proper techniques and the best and safest way to complete each obstacle.

After the Obstacle 101, you have time at your table to enjoy our pizza and any dessert you may have brought.

Your coach is available to help out with food, and any organization you may need for dessert.

The remaining time is on the course for free time!

Attire

INDOOR SHOES ARE A MUST! NO outdoor shoes are allowed on the course.

You can go in your socks if shoes are forgotten, but our obstacles are made of wood, so socks make the obstacles just a tad more slippery. This increases the difficulty and thus the child may not enjoy his or her time as much. Shoes help with grip and protection of the feet.

Don’t forget to wear/bring comfy clothing you can easily move around in, and sweat in. Sportswear is ideal, but a t-shirt and sweatpants/shorts work well too.

Liquid Chalk

Liquid chalk is recommended for everyone on our obstacle course. It contains 99% alcohol, helps with grip, protects the hands, and is good for approximately 100 uses.

The cost is $9 and is available at the front desk. One bottle will be enough for your group’s needs and beyond.

Food

We provide our own pizza made locally from El Sarjino’s Pizzeria in Nepean. We offer additional pizzas for $16.99 each.

We provide cups with water, cutlery, plates, and napkins. We also sell juice and other drinks in our café area for reasonable prices.

For dessert, you can bring your own dessert (cake or cupcakes). We also offer delicious OCR salted chocolate chip cookies for purchase if you’d prefer.

Please do not bring in outside snacks and drinks other than the dessert (due to our insurance policy).

Unused Passes

If you do not have the number of children that were expected at your birthday party, we can give you free passes to come back to our Open Gym time at a later date so the money is not lost.

Cancellations

You may cancel your party with a full refund up to 10 days prior to your party, after that the refund can be used as a credit towards our other services that we offer.
