Our home school class is a strength and conditioning program designed to effectively teach the ObstacleFit Kids (OFK) methodology to children aged 6/7-13 years old through age appropriate instruction and cuing.

Pre-Paid Semester: $12.50 per class

Homeschool FAQs

Home School at OCRA

From September to June, we are offering a fitness class for those that home school their children. Parents are also welcome to join in and encouraged to do so. This class is led by coaches that make fitness a lifestyle and priority and are proud to be role models to your children.

Everyone is a sweaty mess afterwards, and the great thing is, everyone had fun while doing it. We welcome everyone to our facility and want all our
members to feel safe and not judged no matter what their fitness level or age or belief system.

If we notice that anyone in our facility is not in alignment of our visions, they will be asked to leave, and no refund will be given.

By becoming a member of our community, you agree to adhere to our philosophies.

Ages 6+ and adults are welcome.

Why Home School

Our home school class is a strength and conditioning program designed to effectively teach the ObstacleFit Kids (OFK) methodology to children aged 7-13 years old through age appropriate instruction and cuing.

In a group setting kids participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results. This prepares them not only to be well rounded athletes but also awesome people as well.

After the class component is done the kids will play a few games.

What Makes our class different

OFK workouts consist of constantly varied, functional movements that deliver a fitness that is varied, inclusive, and totally awesome (VITA) and are scalable for any participants at any level.

We base success on effort rather than comparison. These kids are training for life, not a small, sport specific skill set.

Our Home School program is a 30-40-minute workout class followed by child friendly challenges/free time and a game.

Classes change every week to keep it interesting.

Why choose OCRA?

Our coaches have had background checks and this is renewed annually. Your coach has studied how to teach ObstacleFit to children using age appropriate methods, and have years of experience working with youth under their belt.

Also, this is an opportunity for parents to come together and hang out at the café. Be confident that you are surrounded by other like-minded individuals as you enjoy one of our awesome coffees.

Pricing

If you are new and want to try the class, please fill out a waiver in your childs name, then contact us to reserve your spot.

Our classes are designed for kids aged 6+ Parents are also welcome to join as this work out challenges the fittest of Moms and Dads.

Pre pay for entire Semester – January -June $12.50 per class
