Description

OCRA Full Day Camps registration is now open for March Break, Summer and all PD days.

Here at OCR Academy we are bringing back recess because kids are designed to run, jump, climb, swing and crawl.

They are not meant to sit in front of a screen all day and that is where we come in.

At our OCR Academy camp we incorporate our obstacle course into the fun, games, activities and challenges.

Camp Details

We have divided our 6,000sqf gym into 4 sections.

We will have 1 instructor for every 10 kids and will be keeping the kids in each age group, 7-9 years old and 10-12 years old.

Everyday weather pending we will be heading outside for 75-90 mins where we will be enjoying a splash pad (Summer time) at local park as well as other outside related games.

Waiver

Before purchasing, ensure you have a waiver filled out in your child’s name.

If you’re a returning member, no need to fill out another waiver, but please use the same email and password to sign in.

Registration

After you fill out the waiver for every attending child, go to the registration link below.

Select the week you wish for your child to attend by clicking the sign up button.

It will give you an option for a single day, 4 day week or full week.

Once you complete registration, it will reserve the spot for your child in that week.

Weekly Camp Cost:
Full Week: $300.00 + tax
4 Days: $240.00 + tax
Single Day: $60.00 + tax

What To Bring

Lunch (please make sure there are adequate snacks, with all the activity kids can get very hungry).

1-2 water bottles (we can refill here if needed.)

Change of clothing. Sweat/mess will happen, so we want to make sure your child is comfortable.

Indoor Shoes

Drop off and Pick up

Drop off/pick up are between the hours of 8:30am-9:00am and 4:00pm-5:00pm.

Staff will be present to supervise drop off and pick up and to help direct parents and campers

On nice days, our staff will have a table set up outside for campers to sign in.

When picking up your child, please let someone at the front desk know. If we are not outside, please enter the building and we will notify your child and their councillor that you are here.

Do NOT expect your child to come to your car without notifying us properly.

If your child is walking home, they MUST notify us before leaving the building.

Registration will be available online and over the phone.

Age Limits

This camp is for kids who are 7 years and older but we will accept kids who are turning 7 in the months of July and August.

We typically separate camps into 2 age groups, 7-9 years old and 10-12 years old.

If you have a 13 year old that is okay with hanging out with 10 year olds, then they can register.

If you have family members that do not fit in the age category (for instance a 7 year old and a 10 year old) we can make sure on camp week that they are paired accordingly.

Health & Safety

If your child has a fever or has had one in the last 48 hours, please stay home.

Campers or staff who are exhibiting symptoms of illness may not be permitted into the facility.

All participants must meet the minimum age requirement of 7 years.

We will accept those who are turning 7 during the summer months.

Starr Gymnastics in the same building has a great camp for kids 5-12 year old.

Refunds

If you encounter any difficulties, our team is here to help.

Please note that refunds are available up to 10 days prior to your child’s week that he or she is registered for.

After the 10 days a credit will be issued.
